Moving in

I was a little startled yesterday when I remembered that I’m a student. After two and a half months of holidays, meeting and making friends, visiting family overseas and travelling, the thought of returning to uni life was not welcomed.

On a lighter note, I moved into my permanent hostel this morning. I’m sharing the room with a local medicine student called Kelvin. Apparently entry for local students is very competitive. Most local students go home for the weekend, so I have the room to myself then.

One final note, yes, there is air-conditioning (there’s also a mini-fridge). And yes, I have to pay for it.
